May 2019 Passive Income Report
Stack report coming! Back into regular dividend updates again and it feels good. Fun to track this progress every month and see each step taken toward a 9 to 5 free life. Growth continues to ramp up as the investments keep getting bigger.
Big increase in my Roth IRA due to an addition to my AT&T holding. Everything else is attributed to raises from my busy stock worker bees.
12-month dividends for this account are now $2,489.21 after ending last month at $2,481.18. Forward dividend increases in my Roth IRA will be modest as I can’t add anymore capital to this account for the time being. All my increases will come from dividend raises and a stock purchase once I hit my buy threshold of $2,000 in cash.
This account has been exciting over the last couple of months has been fun as I rolled over my 401k from an old job. Increases year over year have come from buys of CVS, LAZ, STZ and AT&T. 40% gain is great news and I am pumped this account will actually be producing some real dividends going forward.
Forward 12-month dividends for this account are now $2,004.02 after ending April at $1,991.24. This increase is primarily related to some nice dividend raises and I’ll be making some more portfolio additions shortly.
A decrease! Despite my addition of EV since last year, I sold off my PG position as part of funding a real estate purchase. Hurts to see some dividends decrease, but I’m liking the new home! I don’t expect to see my brokerage account decreasing in income very often going forward.
Forward 12-month dividends for this account are now $859.38 in comparison to $858.78 at the end of April. This will be my main investment vehicle going forward, so I’m looking forward to future results.
In total, my dividend income for the month of May 2019 was $459.04, up 32.1% from my May 2018 total of $347.43. Awesome increase year over year, hopefuly by August this will be above $500. Will have to see what purchases unfold the next couple months!
Forward dividend income now sits at $5,352.61 up from $5,331.20 for a total increase of $21.41, or .02%. Small little increase but I’m hoping that this market continues to soften and I’ll get to potentially averaging down some positions or buying some new ones.
